We had THE BEST time at our wedding and one of the biggest reasons for that would be the band. So many of our guests commented on how amazing they were. Once they started they played nonstop and kept the party going. They were fun, full of energy and even let John join them for a song. All in all they were wonderful to work with and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Pat and I had been saying we wanted to reach out to BPX to let them know what an incredible job they did and ask if we could leave a review somewhere.
Honestly we can’t say enough great things about them. BOX was an eleven out of ten. They were easily the most complimented aspect of our wedding. Almost everyone we spoke to after the wedding raved about the band, regardless of age. And we were repeatedly asked for their name and where they came from. Several of my friends were following them on Instagram by the next day.
I thought I was being a little biased given it was my wedding and I had an amazing time. But so many people commented how they’d never been to a wedding where the dance floor was that packed for the entire night. BPX had such high energy and seemed like they really enjoy what they do. Their set list was great and catered to 34 generations. And we loved how they roll from one song to the next.
Pat and I spoke to some of the band members before and after the wedding, and they’re such lovely people, too.

I don't know if I was allowed to get on stage with the band, but it was so much fun being up there with them for a song and had a blast! The band was the number 1 part of the wedding that we were asked about after because everyone had such a great time. All our parents' friends were still dancing at midnight and the dance floor was packed the full time. We could not recommend them enough!

Hope all is well. Man, there aren’t many times that I am blown away by a band, as being a concert producer and venue owner, I see hundreds a year, but this band blew myself & every attendee away. I got 5 or 6 texts within 24 hours asking the name of the band. They brought the energy, the choreography and dancing with the songs brought electricity to the room that I didn’t think was possible. They were also great to work, esp with having special guest Jon Langston take the stage for a song, and then got right back at it. We wished we could have kept the party going all night because I know the crowd would have stayed stage side all night with BPX.
I will 100% leave a review once I return & will also share your contact with everyone asking about this band. They deserve a gold star and I hope I can have them for another event again in the near future.

BLOCK PARTY EXPERIENCE is the best wedding band hands down!! If you want your guests to dance and sing the whole night, don't look any further than BPX! The Sam Hill team was wonderful to communicate with and helped us narrow down bands based on what we were looking for and we ended up confidently choosing BPX. They were AMAZING! Not only are their singers so incredibly talented, but they are energetic, joyful and fun. We really couldn't have asked for a better band! Also, we had to postpone because of COVID and Sam Hill made it incredibly easy on us. They were so flexible and thoughtful. A wonderful experience front start to finish!

If you are looking for a band that will absolutely stun you and your guests, ask for The Block Party Experience! I cannot find the words to express how amazing this band was at our wedding they were the highlight of our reception! It was noticeable that they took the time to review our preferences for music and they truly delivered on the type of music we requested! There was not a single person in their seats the entire 2.5 hours the band performed! They brought absolute amazing energy and were insanely engaging with our guests even allowing myself and the groom to interact with them on different songs! We have already had multiple guests reach out requesting The Block Party Experience's information for future bookings of other events. As a party crowd, all the Groom and I wished for was a band that would bring amazing energy and excitement to our guests and The Block Party Experience 1,000% delivered. If we had it to do all over again, we would book them time and time again we cannot say enough good things about them! Do yourself a favor, book The Block Party Experience!

I sent this to a band representative too. I'm the father of bride. Here is some feedback for the Saturday October 16 wedding located at The Mill at Rock Creek, Blowing Rock NC. Barringer Renegar wedding. BPX band was unbelievable. We added a sax player to their usual lineup.
Spoke with most band members at sound check. All incredibly nice, warm and friendly people. All introductions and dance versions were spot on. They did a sax improvisation for Tupelo Honey by Van Morrison that was fantastic. After dinner they started playing and the dance floor was immediately overflowing at the FIRST SONG, with basically most of the 200+ guests dancing or involved. This NEVER stopped until the final send off. I repeat, the dancing NEVER stopped. Hats off to their professionalism, engagement and interaction with the audience.
